By the grace of God and the perseverance of you who have been following every day during these 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting for Life, this first season of 2011 and culminates begins today. Ends while there will be daily posts, but starts to the extent that this has been a time of preparation for action in defense of Life, Family and Christian Values. In many countries, tomorrow is the International Day for Life or the Day of the Unborn Child, then entrust these celebrations in our prayer today.
Our thanks to all country coordinators who have generously given their time to prepare with love the messages we received in these days, all we have written or sent their comments, and most importantly, together with your prayers.

ECUMENICAL PRAYER
O Lord, to you we entrust the cause of life:
look, Father immense number children
who be born,
of the poor whose lives are made difficult,
of men and women victims of brutal violence,
elderly and sick killed
because of indifference or out of misguided mercy.
Let those who believe in your Son may proclaim with firmness and love
men of our time the Gospel of life.
Obtain for them the grace to accept as a gift ever new,
the joy of celebrating it with gratitude throughout their existence
and courage to bear witness to it resolutely,
to build, together with all people of good will,
civilization of truth and love,
to the praise and glory of your name.

Oh Mary, bright dawn of a new world
Mother of the living,
to you we entrust the cause of life:
Mother looks upon the vast numbers of children
who be born,
of the poor whose lives are made difficult,
of men and women who are victims of brutal violence,
elderly and sick killed
because of indifference or out of misguided mercy.
Let those who believe in your Son may proclaim
with honesty and love to the people of our time
the Gospel of life.
Obtain for them the grace to accept as a gift ever new,
the joy of celebrating it with gratitude throughout their existence
and courage to bear witness to it resolutely,
