"Obedience to God in purity is what liberates our being to love with full !
MARLENE GILLETE Ibern
Reflection
meditating on Christ's death, we remember the many women who have died because of the supposed "safe and legal abortions."
Prayer Day
pray that children in the womb are protected, so they can be born and welcomed into the Christian community through baptism.
day Grounds
In the days in which we live, our society has relativized many aspects of the human person including the meaning of sexuality, banal and separating the unitive and procreative aspects of conjugal act.
This is reduced to biological processes related to our sexed condition, physiological events, research and promotion of contraceptive methods, the development of techniques of assisted fertilization, embryo manipulation and development of new techniques with the ultimate goal obtaining a product at the lowest possible cost.
From another point of view, the legalization of abortion, reproductive rights, demonstrate this scenario which leads to separate love from sexuality. Including sexuality education level is presented in a look decoupled because hypertrophy to the biology and prevention.
sociocultural level is reduced to sexual pleasure, separating the unitive and procreative. The media, minimize the importance of commitment, the gift and present models that promote a life away from an inner world, exposing the privacy of individuals.
educational level has been minimized the role of parents in the education of children, reducing the field of health and education. Different models are constituted of family law is favored coexistence, is normalized view of divorce, contraception, the manipulation of people as objects of pleasure.
Faced with this problem we must educate our youth to strengthen the virtue of temperance guiding us to highlight the value of chastity and virtue of love and, therefore, as the guiding norm of sexuality education.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church, points out: "Chastity means the successful integrity of sexuality in the person, and thus the inner unity of man in his bodily and spiritual." "It involves learning self-control, which is a training of human freedom."
For this virtue is internalized, it must be developed and taught from childhood, praising modesty in all forms (in dress, act, speak, in the delicacy of the gestures and attitudes). Chastity has laws of growth. This growth is due to the imperfection and too often by sin. The man is knowing, loving and doing good according to the different stages of growth.
Chastity is a virtue that is never considered learned and must strive to achieve throughout life, like any other virtue. It is also a gift from God, a grace. "To live chastely, man and woman need the continuous illumination of the Holy Spirit" (Human Sexuality: Truth and Meaning).
chastity is lived differently depending on the state of life each person. Marriages are called to live conjugal chastity, fidelity, love and selfless dedication to their spouse and unmarried grooms are called to practice chastity virginity or consecrated celibacy.
To adequately address the experience of sexuality, it is necessary that young people are planned and long-term regarding how they want their life in adulthood, linking sexuality with a specific partner and taking the sexuality of relativism with which is usually treated.
Young people must be aware that they must choose a lifestyle and that choice should be made early in youth to meet with the project or vision future for themselves, getting from and accountable for their actions and the consequences that derive from them.
is important from teenagers or young people from before recognition and appreciation of the differences of being a man and a woman.
chastity in courtship is very important because it allows the relationship be developed freely and naturally, experiencing everything about feelings, sharing thoughts, values \u200b\u200band goals of the couple.
Unlike other virtues, chastity is currently undervalued as a result of a culture "Light." For some living in a chaste way can be very difficult, especially when they are in unfavorable situations. But with the grace of Christ received in Baptism and continuous illumination of the Holy Spirit, is possible. Therefore, it is a grace to be ordered through prayer and have a willingness of heart to receive and care.
Chastity is put sexuality at the service of love, is the tangible sign of our ability to love, with the custody of true love. Chastity can finally integrate the person in a bodily and spiritual being, allowing ultimately "be a person." Bibliography

ECUMENICAL PRAYER
O Lord, to you we entrust the cause of life:
look, Father vast numbers of babies
who be born,
of the poor whose lives are made difficult,
of men and women victims of brutal violence,
elderly and sick killed
because of indifference or out of misguided mercy.
Let those who believe in your Son may proclaim with firmness and love
men of our time the Gospel of life.
Obtain for them the grace to accept as a gift ever new,
the joy of celebrating it with gratitude throughout their existence
and courage to bear witness to it resolutely,
to build, together with all people of good will,
the civilization of truth and love
to the praise and glory of your name.
Amen
