The Imperial District Municipality has been extended until May 9 to register the players involved the participatory budget for Fiscal Year Results 2012.
This extension is given with the aim of most grassroots organizations, public and private institutions can participate democratically in making decisions for the next process of Participatory Budgeting.
The requirements to be presented are:
a) District Request to the Mayor signed by the legal representative of the organization and will Affidavit quality formats delivered by the area of \u200b\u200bneighborhood participation
b) duly completed Application form signed by the titular and substitute
c) simple copy of the organization's registration card or other document evidencing its operation accordingly
d) Act assembly where the agents are designated Participants as a holder as a substitute document must be properly fedateado by the District Municipality.
e) Copy of DNI agent member and alternate participant residing in the jurisdiction.
Interested parties should approach the Neighborhood Involvement Office located at City Hall during office hours from 8 am to 1.00 pm and from 2:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday and 8 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays.
