My strong condemnation by the disastrous outcome of the sentencing court against our fellow Ramiro Choc on March 26, 2009.
the absence of research and evidence submitted by the prosecution, the Attorney General's Office and Mrs. Castellan, demonstrate the partiality of the court in favor of economic interests to appropriate the lands of indigenous communities and criminalize the Q'eqchi village, as it was proved that Mrs. Silvia Lemus Solórzano Castellan Ileana does not own the land where lies the Barrio Buena Vista's Hope Livingston Izabal.Durante the process showed irregularities in the actions of Attorney General in creating non-existent offenses coordinated between the national civil police and hired murderers of Mrs. Castellan when the June 27, 2007 with total impunity attacked and injured two farmers and invent the crime of Theft Agravado.En the accusation of theft weapons assigned to the PNC, the MP produced no document to prove that the weapons were assigned in Izabal and the Criminal Court for an opinion considered as a basis for conviction.
